CEO
Phil leads capital strategy and M&A execution at Anavo Capital. He has led or co-led 13 acquisitions since 2022 through AYCE Capital, Anavo's affiliated investment firm, spanning deal sourcing, capital raising, valuation, and close. His background spans corporate finance, growth consulting for small and mid-sized businesses, and capital markets. Phil is based in the Greater Toronto Area.
William Dennis

Will oversees post-acquisition operations, integration, and portfolio company support at Anavo Capital. Across 13 acquisitions since 2022 through AYCE Capital, he has led operational transition work including HR, compliance, accounting, procurement, and insurance. His background includes corporate finance, business development, financial regulation, and operations management. Will is based in Toronto and volunteers with the Canadian Cadet Program.
Fadi Syoufi
President
Fadi leads Anavo's acquisition strategy in Canadian defense, aerospace, and nuclear manufacturing. With a background in public accounting and corporate advisory, he built his own professional services firm and generated over $500,000 in annual recurring revenue at the public accounting firm where he worked. Fadi grew up in Ottawa's aerospace community with family roots in the sector. He holds a Government of Canada Secret-level security clearance and is based in Ottawa.
